Day 1

Yes, I know it's technically day 2, I was delayed by some less than pleasant events at 11:30pm just as I was about to make this post.

This is the beginning of a new Ref for Kigai, my main character in one of my books. He's also my main OC, so I figured I'd make a ref for him.

I'm going to color this, so you may see more of it later in the month.

I am honestly really surprised that I got this piece out today. I had a really shi* day, and usually that means no muse to make art. Somehow this came out, and I'm quite proud of it. I did however, have to use a few refs for the anatomical bits that I'm still having trouble with (i.e. the HANDS).

I plan to do more full-bodied pieces throughout the month, I simply misjudged the size of the paper when I began this one XD.

Well, hopefully someone starts following this blog so that I'm not just writing these things out to nobody. If any passerby learns anything from this month-long experiment, then I'll be happy.
